It is hard to believe that this time last month I, along with my Team Parma teammates, was about 85km into our 100km Trailwalker challenge.
We completed the course in a tick over 34 hours despite a few injuries along the way.
To say it was the hardest thing I have ever done is not hyperbole. Mentally and physically at points I was broken but my teammates and support crew lifted me when I thought I was at the end of endurance.
If the walk is the hardest thing I have done, the easiest thing is finding a few coins or notes to donate to Oxfam. I have learned a lot about the work they do over the last 4 months and they are nothing short of miracle workers.
So far we have raised $5980 for Oxfam but it is not too late to donate. If you are minded to add your assistance to the Oxfam cause you can do so here: https://trailwalker.oxfam.org.au/teamtracker/team/21886
