Parma #2: Albion Hotel
Here is this week’s review over at Brisbane’s Best Parma, my new project for 2015. Feedback, comments and chatter are all welcome over on the site brisbanebestparma.com
The Verdict: The Chicken Parmigiana at the Albion Hotel is another middle range parma that is good for a sneaky mid week feed but hardly one you would be demanding your friends come out with you to share. The high quality of the chicken breast and the chips was militated against by the misshapen way the parmigiana had been put together, the small and wafer thin ham and the insipid salad.
The Summary:
| Chicken | Sauce | Ham | Cheese | Sides |
| Pretty good | OK but not evenly spread | Jockey sized (small & thin) | The ham’s best mate | ½ is not good |

Quote of the Day
“You can’t outwit fate by trying to stand on the sidelines and place little side bets about the outcome of life. Either you wade in and risk everything to play the game, or you don’t play at all. And if you don’t play, you can’t win.” –Judith McNaught
The Tuesday Tempter
Here is a six leg multi that I am feeling pretty confident about from today’s NHL and NBA action:
Leg 1: Washington Capitals to defeat the Colorado Avalanche in the NHL.
Leg 2: Tampa Bay Lightning to defeat the Philadelphia Flyers in the NHL.
Leg 3: Houston Rockets to cover the line (-6.5 points) against the Brooklyn Nets in the NBA.
Leg 4: Boston Celtics to cover the line (+4.5 points) against the New Orleans Pelicans in the NBA.
Leg 5: Total game score over 208 points between the Toronto Raptors and Detroit Pistons in the NBA.
Leg 6: Total game score under 5.5 goals between the Toronto Maple Leafs and Los Angeles Kings in the NHL.
This multi will pay around $35 for those having an investment.
